Business Icon™ was developed to build a high end leadership bridge from education to employment for students, educational institutions and employers. This program is responsible for bringing together and educating hundreds of potential young leaders each year through a competition based program that is now a national event.

The program is loosely based on ”The Apprentice” however it provides mentors, coaches and a program with a myriad of high end leadership material to educate through a hands on 10 day conference and competition. Supported by education institutions and business alike this program has developed leaders such as Rebecca Olsen who is now a business owner and role model for 1000′s of young people through her business the Becoz Project. Rebecca along with many more over the last seven years has proven herself and is now a speaker of some note.
