Building on their Telstra Business Women Award recognition and ongoing successes, a group of West Australian winners first got together four years ago to discuss how they might ‘give back’ to their local business community by providing motivation and inspiration to other business women.

The Make Me a CEO Program was developed to help high potential women achieve and sustain higher levels of leadership within their current environments and the community.

It was been designed to assist women fast track their career development , whilst providing them with the essential skills and experience to operate efficiently and effectively at a higher level.

In 2011, 15 high potential women were selected for this unique Program that will provide the networks and support needed to achieve this aim with mentoring provided by the network.

As we all know, women especially, find it difficult to promote themselves and are often totally unaware of the significant impact they make in our business world. By sharing the experiences, support and networks of our Telstra Business Women we know, without a doubt, we can encourage other high potential women to aspire to senior executive roles and to enter or be nominated as future Telstra Business Women.
